Update Your Browser

Browsers should auto-update. To force update:

• Settings > About Chrome > Update

• Menu > Help > About Firefox > Updates

• System Preferences > Software Update

Common Browser Issues

Page Not Loading

• Blank page
• Infinite loading
• Partial content

1. Hard refresh

- Mac: Cmd + Shift + R - Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R

1. Clear cache

- Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data - Select "Cached images and files"

1. Disable extensions

- Try incognito mode - Disable ad blockers

1. Update browser

- Ensure latest version

JavaScript Errors

• Features not working
• Buttons don't respond
• Console errors

1. Enable JavaScript

- Settings > Privacy > JavaScript enabled

1. Clear cache

- Old cached scripts may conflict

- Disable script blockers - uBlock, NoScript can interfere

Display Issues

• Layout broken

Network Considerations

WebSocket Support

Moqup uses WebSockets for real-time features.

• Real-time won't work
• Updates require refresh
• Presence indicators won't show

• Check corporate firewall
• Allow WebSocket connections
• Contact IT if needed

Proxy Settings

Corporate proxies can interfere.

• Configure proxy exceptions
• Allow *.moqup.io
• Contact IT department
